Tasks:
1.Performing in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiency
2.Coordinate the project of retrofit products in
3.Present customers the knowledge of MDT retrofit products/solution, and boost the retrofit market share in the region;
4.romote and sell MDT retrofit products / solution in the region;
5.Be in charge of the order processing or retrofit projects;
6.Conduct supervision of the retrofit project when needed;
7.Act a technical support for the sales team and complete other sales target given by the superior when needed;
8.Work closely with other team member to reach the sales targets
Requirements:
1. Engineering or Maritime college / university or above;
2. At least 5 years working experience in the marine market;
3. Open mind, positive spirit, and motivated to explore market and sales opportunities;
4. Customer oriented, target-oriented and good team player.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
6. Good communication skill
