职位详情

职责描述：
1. 负责部门生产计划管理、编制及进度控制工作。
Responsible for departmental production plan management, preperaration and schedule control.
2. 负责根据项目三、四级计划分解、编制对应部门生产计划；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing the production plan of corresponding departments according to the third and fourth level plan of the project;
3. 负责根据生产需求，分解、编制项目周度、日度计划并下发现场；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing weekly and daily project plans according to production requirements and issuing them to the site;
4. 负责更新和维护生产计划；
Responsible for updating and maintaining the project plan;
5. 分析关键路径和约束条件，以确定对进度的影响并提出建议；
Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the impact of changes on schedule and make recommendations;
6. 负责部门和项目组或者部门与承包商的计划相关协调工作；
Responsible for the coordination between the department and the project team or the department and the contractor\'s plan;
7. 负责分析项目进展情况，包括但不限于落后原因，工效分析等；
Responsible for the analysis of project progress, including but not limited to the reasons for backwardness, ergonomic analysis, etc.
8. 完成上级交办的临时工作。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科
Bachelor
2. 石油化工相关领域
Petrochemical related fields
3. 石油化工，熟练使用P6和MS office, 了解设计相关知识
Petrochemical industry, proficient in P6 and MS office, familiar with design
4. 5年以上石油化工建造计划管理经验
At least 5 years petrochemical construction project management experience
