岗位职责：

1.分析投标项目特殊要求和建造难度

Conduct analysis on special requirement and construction difficulties of bidding project

2.编制投标项目建造难度系数

Compile for construction difficulty coefficient

3.收集执行项目成本信息，分析判断项目执行情况

Collect project execution data, analyze and judge project execution status

4.投标费用与执行成本回归分析

Complete regression analysis of bidding cost and execution cost

5.分析投标项目分摊费和间接费合理性

Analyze the rationality of allocation coat and indirect cost

6.依据项目市场水平和市场趋势判断投标预算价格合理性

Judge the rationality of estimated price according to the market level and trend

7.分析原材料、人力、设备和其他外取资源市场价格变化、未来发展趋势

Analyze the future development trend of market price changes of raw materials, manpower, equipment and other external resources

8.整理竞争对手价格水平、工作量和场地负荷情况，推断竞争对手商务策略

Sort out competitors\' price level, workload and site load, and infer competitors\' business strategies

9.保持与一切适用政策、程序和标准的合规性

Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards

10.遵循并拥护公司的健康、安全与环境保护政策

Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies

11.遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任务

岗位要求：
1.大学本科
Bachelor degree
2.Economics, Engineering project management, Petrochemical Technology, Offshore engineering or related engineering majors.
经济、工程项目管理、石油化工、海洋工程及相关工科类专业。
3.Project management, offshore / onshore engineering fabrication knowledge.
项目管理、海洋工程或陆上工程建造相关知识。
4.Good organization, communication and management skills.
具有良好的组织、沟通和管理能力。

Good oral expression ability and writing level.

具有一定的口头表达能力与文字水平。

Good analysis judgment and executive ability.

具有一定的分析判断和执行能力。

Good English and computer application ability.

具有满足工作需要的英语水平和计算机应用能力。
