职责描述：
1 Responsible for developing proposal price for project bidding, including estimate execution plan, basis of estimate, coordination on the cost estimate inputs from other departments, and cost estimate based on ITB requirement. Participate in cost estimate review at various management levels.
编制工程项目投标报价，包括起草投标报价计划，编制费用估算依据文件，协调各部门完成费用估算采用的输入条件，按照标书要求编制投标报价，参与公司内部的费用估算各级审核工作。
2 Participate in pricing clarification and negotiation.
参与与业主的价格澄清及谈判。
3 Coordinate with Estimating Supervisor to do all of work required.
协助预算报价主管管理相关工作。
4 Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
通过高效的手段完成多项工作，并满足重要的时间节点要求。
5 Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards
保持与一切适用政策、程序和标准的合规性。
6 Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies
遵循并拥护公司的健康、安全与环境保护政策。
7 Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned
遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任务。
8 Responsible for creating bidding cost estimates and assisting development of the commercial proposal for both budgetary and tender stage
负责项目投标报价及协助商务标书编制。
9 Responsible for developing as-sold price model of new award contract package and hand over to the project team.
负责编制中标项目成本预算表并移交项目组。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree as minimum.
大学本科以上学历。
2. Economics, Engineering project management, Petrochemical Technology, Offshore engineering or related engineering majors.
经济、工程项目管理、石油化工，海洋工程及相关工科类专业。
3. Familiar with project management, proficient in using MS office, Basic knowledge of engineering deliverables.
熟悉项目管理，熟练使用MS office, 了解设计相关知识。
4. 3 + years experience on developing onshore module, offshore wind farm and offshore platform fabrication cost estimate.
3年及以上陆地模块、海上风电及海上平台建造投标报价经验.
