岗位职责：
1、配合各项目组和设计部，根据项目建造方案策划编制脚手架搭设方案，负责脚手架搭设方案设计、图纸绘制，脚手架施工方案及计算报告；
Cooperate with project teams and engineering dept., develop the scaffolding procedure based on construction procedure of the project. Responsible for design of scaffolding erection procedure/ shop drawing and calculation report.
2、根据脚手架结构形式，进行脚手架强度等受力计算，并出具计算报告书，对于特殊类型脚手架以及存在架体预埋件、吊挂件等涉及架体安全的重点部位出具设计方案及计算报告；
According to the scaffolding structure, develop the design and calculation report, especially for components, such as frame embedded parts, hanging pendants and other key parts that related to safety of the frame.
3、根据脚手架搭设方案完成三维建模，计算脚手架物量，出具采办、施工料单；
3D modeling of scaffolding based on erection plan, calculate the total weight of scaffolding material and amount of tubes/ boards/ ladders/ couplers, develope the material take-off and procument order.
4、负责对接和协调各项目组及业主，组织公司各职能部门进行脚手架施工技术交底，解决施工技术问题。配合业主、总包及公司各职能部门完成脚手架专业的其他相关管理工作；
Responsible for docking and coordinating the project teams and clients, organizing the company's functional departments to carry out scaffolding technical disclosure, to solve site construction issues. Cooperate with the client, EPC contractor and the company's functional departments to complete other management works on scaffolding.
5、负责协调公司各职能部门，组织开展进行脚手架专业承包商的技术交流，分包招标，技术澄清，技术评标，施工方案审定等相关工作；
Responsible for coordinating the company's functional departments, carry out technical exchanges with scaffolding contractors, subcontracting bidding, technical clarification, technical bid evaluation, construction plan approval and other related works.
6、配合支持各项目组和控制部，负责各项目脚手架工程的预算编制、成本控制及竣工核算；根据脚手架施工实际，提出脚手架优化改善方案，减少降低脚手架搭设物量;
Cooperate with the project teams and control departments, responsible for the budgeting, cost control and completion accounting of the scaffolding work of each project; According to the actual construction of scaffolding, come up with optimization plan of scaffolding to reduce the amount of scaffolding erection.
7、负责协调和配合安全部、舾装部，实施脚手架材料进场验收（质量、数量、规格、品牌等）；
Responsible for coordinating and cooperating with the safety department and outfitting department, carry out the acceptance of scaffolding materials (quality, quantity, specifications, brand, etc.).
8、负责脚手架专业知识的培训宣传等；
Responsible for the training and promotion of scaffolding knowledge.
9、配合业主、总包及公司各职能部门进行脚手架专项检查；
Cooperate with the client, EPC contractor and the company's functional departments to carry out particular scaffolding inspections.
10、负责项目的脚手架搭设方案设计、图纸绘制，脚手架施工方案及对应的计算报告，配合进行现场技术服务。执行项目设计计划和设计质量控制，协助完成团队其他工作。
Responsible for development of scaffolding procedure/ drawings, scaffolding construction plan and corresponding calulation, assist the site technical support. Excecute the project design schedule and design quality control, cooperate with the engineer team for other tasks.

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上;
2、船舶与海洋工程类,土木工程，力学，脚手架及相关专业;
3、工程师或同等级别脚手架认证证书，熟悉如Tekla, Solidworks等三维建模软件；
4、10年及以上相关工作经验，有3年以上国际项目脚手架设计、策划经验，有3年以上国际项目脚手架计算、校核经验。
